The police have charged Xhavion Browne of Rawlins, Nevis, with possession of a firearm, specifically an ammunition magazine.
This charge follows the execution of a search warrant at his home on February 13, 2025, by officers from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) and soldiers from the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF).
During the search, officials discovered a .380 caliber ammunition magazine. The Crime Scene Unit processed the scene and collected the contraband item, which has evidential value.
Mr. Browne was subsequently taken into police custody and charged on February 13, 2025, at the Newcastle Police Station.
