December 1st is celebrated as World AIDS Day.; on this day individuals and organizations from around the world come together to bring attention to this global pandemic that has taken and affected so many lives.
As part of our 2015 World AIDS Day activities, we will have an Open House with musical entertainment on World AIDS Day at the Health Promotion/HIV & AIDS Unit located in the Ricaldo Caines Building on Upper Prince William Street (next to Erms and across from the Jews cemetery). At this open house we will be showcasing art pieces of the students from the various primary schools who entered our Art Competition, doing condom demonstrations and offering health education. There will also be fun interactive games, Free HIV testing and counseling and showing health videos on various health topics/issues. The event promises to be entertaining, educational and different so take some time out of your day on Tuesday December 1st, 2015, from 8:00am to 5:00 pm and stop by our WORLD AIDS DAY OPEN HOUSE!!! We’re GETTING TO ZERO!!
