Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave interacting with an upper level trough will continue to generate cloudy spells with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms to Hispaniola today and tonight.
Meanwhile lingering moisture and instability left from the passage of a low pressure system will give rise to a few cloudy spells with scattered showers to the southern Windward Islands, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago today.
A gradual improvement is expected tonight. Weak unstable conditions will generate similar conditions across the Leeward Islands and British Virgin Islands today and tonight.
