Vaughan Henderson, a resident of Saddler’s Village, and Andre Williams, also known as Andre Mills, from Newton Ground, both on St. Kitts, have been arrested and charged with perverting the course of justice and money laundering.
Mr Henderson faces six charges related to money laundering and two charges for perverting the course of justice.
Meanwhile, Mr Williams has been charged with four counts of money laundering and two counts of perverting the course of justice. Both individuals were arrested on February 21, 2025, at the White Collar Crime Unit’s office in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
