(BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS) – Information reaching this publication indicates that three persons of interest are being sought by police in connection with the recent shooting death of 19 year old Kaheel Herbert of Lower Thibou Avenue.
The incident occurred at the JNF hospital on Monday, September 22, 2014 at about 8:00 p.m.
Police are seeking the assistance from the general public to locate Gavin Whyte of Buckley’s Site, Jahzya Roy Wilkerson of Shadwell and Inelbo Ibo Hendrickson of Malone Avenue.
Wilkerson is 23 years old and is said to be 5’ 10” tall. He is brown in complexion with black hair and brown eyes.
Hendrickson, a native of St. Thomas USVI but who resides in St. Kitts is 27 years old. He is said to be of dark complexion and about 6’ tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
Whyte who is 22 years old is described by police as standing 6’ tall, with a dark complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
Police have warned that anyone who harbors or helps the three in any way to evade the authorities, commits an offence, and will be arrested and charged.
The three are being sought in connection with Monday night’s shooting death of 19 year old Kaheel Herbert of Lower Thibou Avenue.
Herbert was shot multiple times about his body as he ran through the JNF Hospital’s Accident and Emergency area, pursued by two gunmen. He succumbed to his injuries the following day.
