The police have charged Davin Phipps of Lower Westbourne Ghaut, St. Kitts; Xavier Dore of Pot Works, Nevis; and Antonio Pascal of Cotton Ground, Nevis, for the offence of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
Mr Phipps committed the offence on June 27th, 2024, in St. Kitts, while Mr Dore’s and Mr Pascal’s offences occurred on June 26th, 2024, in Pot Works.
Mr Phipps was charged at the Basseterre Police Station on June 28th, 2024, and Mr Dore and Mr Pascal were each charged at the Newcastle Police Station on Nevis.
