The ever popular Awakening Encounter radio program, will premiere on Voice of the Caribbean Radio on Monday February 5th 2018. Hosted by the charismatic Corliss Toby, also known as Lady CDT, the spiritual radio program has been creating waves on Facebook live where Mrs. Toby has been broadcasting since 2017. The show once aired for several years on ZIZ Radio in St. Kitts and had a huge following locally and internationally. But in January 2017, the station inexplicably discontinued the show, which led Toby to broadcast her show on Facebook.
Now with the show premiering on Voice of the Caribbean Radio, Mrs. Toby will be reaching new audiences across the Caribbean and internationally. The show will air weekdays from 5am to 7am. Toby, in a press release from VOC Radio said: “The Awakening Mobile encounter is a program designed to command your morning. It’s important to partner with the true dayspring from on high. So this ministry is one that will bring forth deliverance, bring for empowerment—it’s about soul-winning.” She added: “I am believing there is going to be a revival, not only in the Caribbean but through the world. And so me and my husband and other guests will be gracing the Awakening Mobile Encounter; we are able to reach out where we can’t be there physically. So I encourage all of you to come on and join me Monday to Friday: 5am until 7am. You can’t afford to miss it.” The Awakening Encounter features conversations with guests and listeners, prayer, gospel music and praise and worship.
