The Music Festival committee on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 published the official line up for the 18th Annual St. Kitts Music Festival 2014.
The launch took place at the Mariott Hotel where the full slate of artistes for the 2014 hosting was announced.
At that launch it was indicated that U.S. actor, singer and model, Tyrese Gibson will headline this year’s St. Kitts Music Festival. Tyrese is a Grammy-nominated R&B, Hip Hop artiste who has released several albums over his career.
The lineup is as follows:
On the Thursday June 26, 2014: Machel Montano & HD Band, Skinny Fabulous, Destra Garcia, Explainer, Elvis Crespo, Small Axe Band, Deli Ranks & Meeko and Fastastic Tunda
Friday, June 27, 2014: Capleton, Beenie Man, Taurus Riley, Chronixx, Hi Light, Ashkenaz and AZ’1 Band
Then on the final night, Saturday, June 28: Tyrese, Kelly Rowland, Tessanne Chin, Freddie McGregor, SMI, Paul Peress Project, Bill Champlin (formerly of Chicago), Bobby Kimball (original lead singer of TOTO) and Deniece Williams.
Since the release many persons have expressed satisfaction for this year’s lineup.
The 2014 Music Festival will take place June 26-28, 2014 at the Warner Park Stadium and admission is E.C. $100.00 nightly, or $270.00 for a season pass.
