The St. James’ Primary school, hosted its annual cross country event on Monday 19th February.
Despite the small roll at the school, a number of parents and other family members, were present, to give support to the athletes.
The usual route saw the athletes leaving the school and turning back at the Butler’s Health Center, while the older athletes, went past the Health Center and through the village, before returning to the school.
Unfortunately, the results of the top performers, were not immediately available.
The school will now host its annual sports meet on Tuesday 6th March.
