SL Horsfords Hands Over Sponsorship Cheque for Culturma Queen Pageant

Charlestown-Nevis-Wednesday 18th July was a significant day in the lives of the four beauties who will be vying for glory, in this year’s Miss Culture pageant.
A brief ceremony was held at the SL Horsfords Nevis Center and a significant cheque was officially handed over to the Nevis Culturama Committee, towards the sponsorship of the 2018 Miss Culture Pageant.

The ceremony was chaired by Miss Charmaine Howell of the Culturama Secretariat.
Manager at the Horsfords Nevis Center, Mr. Oscar Walters, congratulated the Culturama committee on the hosting of its 44th festival and noted that this was his company’s fifth year of sponsoring the pageant.
He admonished the young ladies to enjoy themselves and have fun.

Mr. Antonio ABONATTY Liburd, the man at the helm of the Culturama Secretariat, gleefully accepted the cheque and expressed heartiest thanks to the company on behalf of the Secretariat and the Nevis Island Administration.
The four lovely contestants in this year’s show, were also present and expressed their gratitude by simply saying in unison: ‘Try Horsfords first!’
The four contestants are: Adeola Marsham; Ariel Bergan; Tywana Cranston and Neila Jones.
