During Tuesday night’s training, Trainer Masefield Nisbett expressed confidence in the St. Kitts and Nevis male Netball team, stating, “If any of the other teams are fitter than ours, they deserve to win.” Head coach Shamarla Jeffers echoed similar sentiments, acknowledging that the team’s main challenge is adjusting to the game’s rules, but she believes they are improving every day.
Team captain Zion Hector and vice-captain Dio Hendrickson are optimistic about the SKN Pelicans’ prospects in the upcoming tournament and are encouraging the public to come out and show their support.
The tournament will take place in St. Kitts and Nevis from September 12th to 17th, with matches scheduled on both islands.
