Samantha Huggins, who was previously indicted on two (2) counts of Fraudulent Conversion, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison. On November 21st, 2023, Ms. Huggins was sentenced to serve fifteen (15) months on one count and eighteen(18) months on the second count.
The offences had been committed between April 1st, 2015 and June 8th, 2016; and again on November 10th, 2015. Ms Huggins’ sentences were handed down by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley. Both are. set to run concurrently.
