RSCNPF : Staff Development Training Continues Apace!

The RSCNPF hosted an engaging three-day training program for supervisory-level officers and civilian staff from April 8th to 11th, 2025. The sessions were expertly led by Deputy Commissioner of Police Cromwell Henry, Assistant Commissioner of Police Andre Mitchell, and Force Personnel Officer Eartha Carey.

The training focused on enhancing management skills and covered a variety of topics. It included role-playing scenarios designed to prepare officers for dealing with tense and complex situations that may arise between managers and their subordinates.

Participants responded positively to the sessions, actively engaging and expressing a strong desire for more professional development opportunities in the future. Force Personnel Officer Eartha Carey emphasized her commitment to prioritizing administrative development, ensuring that both officers and civilian staff at all levels of the RSCNPF have access to ongoing opportunities for professional growth.
