On July 31, 2024, in Basseterre, St. Kitts, an autopsy was conducted on the body of Zishawn Farrell, aged 24, from Fig-Tree, Sandy Point.
The examination was performed by Dr. Naudica Phillip, the resident pathologist at the JNF Hospital Morgue on July 30, 2024.
Dr Phillip determined that the cause of death was severe cerebral edema resulting from significant cranioencephalic trauma sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
