In a speech of a few minutes this Friday evening, January 29, French Prime Minister, Jean Castex, announced a series of measures in the face of the increase in COVID 19 cases in France. Among them, the return of “compelling reasons” for travel to and from all French overseas territories and in particular Guadeloupe and Martinique.
“All trips to and from all of our overseas territories will now be subject to the production of compelling reasons,” announced Jean Castex this Friday evening. At the end of a defense council announced late this Friday, January 29, the Prime Minister specified a series of measures to deal with the increase in coronavirus cases and to try to avoid a re-containment.
