Police Officers on Nevis formally arrested and charged Dwight Richards of Stoney Grove for the possession of cannabis with the intent to supply to another. This was committed on December 6, 2013. He was also was charged with Larceny which was committed sometime between 29th and 30th June, 2013.

In addition she was charged with the offence of Knowingly Permitted the Preparation of Cannabis for Selling, which was committed on December 6, 2013.
