BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, JANUARY 9TH 2014 (CUOPM) – Norwegian Cruise lines’s largest ship, the Norwegian Breakaway makes it inaugural call to St. Kitts’ Port Zante next Monday 13th January.
The 4,028 passenger Norwegian Breakaway berths at Port Zante at 9 am and will be the only ship in port on that day.
A plaque exchange ceremony is scheduled to take place on board.
Named Best New Ship by Cruise Critic editors, Norwegian Breakaway is one of 15 new cruise scheduled to visit St. Kitts during the 2013/2014 cruise ship season.
New ships which already visit are the 2,500-passenger Ida Bella, the 3,700-passenger Carnival Conquest, the 1,875-passenger Horizon, the 2,680-passenger, Costa Mediterranea 2,076-passenger Legend of the Seas and the 3,013-passenger MSC Musica.
Still to visit are the 2,500 passenger Aida Luna, the 2,974-passenger Carnival Freedom, the 3,325-passenger Disney Magic and the 4,100-passenger Norwegian Epic, the 450-passenger Azamara Quest; the 3,006-passenger Carnival Splendor; the 624-passenger Nippon Maru and the 706-passenger Saga Sapphire.
