Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing purchase orders
Processing invoices and cheques
Processing bank transfers
Maintaining accounting files
Updating inventory
Reconciling bank accounts, inventory and payables
Issuing receipts to customers
Qualification
Applicants must have attained a minimum of Five (5) “O” Level Subjects passes, including Accounts.

Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work as a team
Ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task
Attention to detail
Reporting Relationship
The Accounts Clerk reports directly to the Accountant
