By:Curtis Morton
The 42nd edition of the Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Body building competition, will take place in the Dominican Republic, this coming weekend-29th September to 1st October.
Representing the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, are:
Colin Lazarus—heavy weight
Kurvin Wallace—light heavy
Wayne Liddie- light weight
Michael Francis-middle weight
The accompanying officials include:
Joseph Liburd-Coordinator
Desiree Parry-Judge
Mark Whitton-head coach
David Walwyn
It is understood that Joseph Liburd is already in the Dominican Republic and the Nevisian athletes were set to leave the Charlestown pier at 8.00 am today but it is not known if the current adverse weather conditions hampered the trip over to St. Kitts where they were set to join their Kittitian counterparts.
The meet will be a very important one for Colin Lazarus, who is seeking to achieve his pro card during the competition, which will effectively qualify him to become a paid professional Body builder.
