Charlestown- Nevis – More sad news for the people of Nevis, as news of the recent passing of former matron at the Alexandra Hospital, Matron Aldris Pemberton Dias, made its rounds across the island.
Matron Dias would have served the Nevisian community well, as an outstanding and dedicated nurse and later as Matron at the hospital.
She officially retired from that position in 2021 and passed away after a prolonged illness.
She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Patrick Dias.
