On Sunday 7 July 2013 at about 2:45 am, officers of the Frigate bay Police Station, Crime Scene Unit, The Violent Crime Unit, and other police officers responded to a report of a Stabbing incident on the Strip.
Initial investigation revealed that 19 year old Collin Merchant was fatally wounded. Police are actively searching for person of interest.
