Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 17, 2016 (RSCNPF): Chad Williams of Central Street has been arrested, formally charged and cautioned on two warrants in the first Instance for the offence of of Attempted Murder. Williams is also charged with one (1) count of Shooting at With Intent.
The charges stem from a shooting incident on Friday (May 13) on Cayon Street.
The incident resulted in gunshot injuries to two (2) persons.
