The Leeward Islands Masters Cricket tournament is set to bowl off in about 18 days, in Nevis.
The Nevis team has commenced earnest practice and preparation sessions and the organizers are working overtime to ensure that everything is in order for the significant tournament.
The three venues which will be utilized are The ET Willet Park; the Brown Hill Recreation grounds and the VOJN grounds.
All teams are reminded to pay their registration and participation fees to the Treasurer, Mr. Anthony Rawlins prior to the start of the tournament on the Friday 18th May 2018.
The Champion team, St. Thomas will head Zone A and the Second placed team Antigua & Barbuda will head zone B.
Teams will draw numbers and the zones will be finalized by the LIMCA based on the numbers drawn by the various teams.
ALL teams must have an umpire or they will be penalized. There will be neutral umpires for ALL matches. No umpire from a Country will be allowed to umpire a match for that Country.
The general public is invited out to witness the exciting matches that will be played during the tournament.
