Jomelle Elliot to represent Nevis in the LIME Black San Swimsuit Pageant

(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- Five beautiful ladies will hit the stage on Sunday, March 31, 2013 to compete in the third annual LIME Black San Swimsuit Pageant.

The pageant which is one of the most anticipated events for the Black San Bang-A-Lang Festival a community festival in St. Kitts will take place at Pump Bay in Sandy Point.

Among the five contestants is the lone contestant from Nevis, Jomelle Elliot. Jomelle will be competing against four other contestants namely Patricia Clarke, Shakeda Gerald, Chantel Rochester and Christine Carty. The pageant will feature a number of segments including body painting and creative wear swimsuit.

The Cherry Garden resident who appears shy and easy going said she is ready to take to the stage. Although this is her first pageant Jomelle said she is fully prepared and has laid down the gauntlet to the other contestants to ‘bring it on’.

Last year 2012 Nevisian Masinda Nisbett was crowned Miss Black San and Sidamo Jones captured the first runner up title.
