Jesus Valdez, a resident of John Street, Newtown, St. Kitts, has been charged with murder in connection to the shooting death of eighteen-year-old Crisbel Rivera, a male national from the Dominican Republic who resided at Carty Alley, Newtown.
The incident occurred on April 17, 2024, at John Street, Newtown.
Valdez was charged on December 12, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
