The Traffic Department through the Licensing Authority will soon implement a significant upgrade and enhancement to our vehicle registration system. Part of this upgrade is designed to improve the efficiency of vehicle inspection agencies and to ensure better integration with the Inland Revenue Department, thereby streamlining the process of vehicle licensing for all stakeholders.
In light of these developments, the Traffic Department is extending a formal invitation to all approved vehicle inspectors to attend an important meeting. This meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 29 August 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Police Training School. During this session, we will provide detailed explanations of the upcoming changes and discuss how these enhancements will impact the vehicle inspection process.
