On Tuesday, October 22nd, the final round of preliminary matches in the National Bank Primary Schools’ Football Championship was held at ET Willet Park, in front of a sizable crowd.
Ivor Walters Primary, leading the points table, showcased their dominance by defeating Montessori with an impressive score of 15 goals to nil, solidifying their position as the champions of the regular season.
Defending champions Charlestown Primary secured second place, followed by St. Thomas’ Primary in third and Joycelyn Liburd Primary in fourth.
With the recent draws, the stage is set for the grand semifinal encounters scheduled for Tuesday, October 29th, as follows:
– Match one: Ivor Walters Primary vs. St. Thomas’ Primary
– Match two: Charlestown Primary vs. Joycelyn Liburd Primary
The grand finals will take place on Saturday, November 2nd, at ET Willet Park.
