As the federation’s secondary schools continue to compete in the ongoing football competition, Basseterre High School faced Gingerland Secondary School on Wednesday, October 23rd, at the Nevis Athletic Stadium.
The first half was evenly contested, with the Basseterre team applying more pressure up front, while the Gingerland team defended strongly. The first half ended with a score of nil-all.
However, things changed drastically in the second half, as the Gingerland team appeared to have run out of steam. The Basseterre team then scored not once, not twice, but six times!
