An event packed calendar of events for Culturama 43 has been released on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. This was during a press conference held at the Government office at the Social Security Building, Pinney’s Industrial Site.
The packed calendar of events will run from June 17, 2017, with the introduction of contestants and participants of Culturama 43 on that day. The events will close on August 19, 2017 with the prize giving ceremony.
Speaking at the press conference, Minister of Culture Hon. Mark Brantley said that he was very impressed with the lineup that has been put together. He pointed out the new additions in the calendar of events which included fetes and a gospel concert.
“We are seeing a very packed calendar of activities starting from now and moving forward. I just want to say how very proud I am as Minister of Culture to work with a team who over the years who have really gone above and beyond.”
The Calendar of event for Culturama 43 is as follows:
June 17, 2017: Launch of Culturama 43, and Introduction of participants at Charlestown Waterfront,
June 18, 2017: Culturama Flash Party Island wide
