The athletics terms is well and truly on. This was evidenced in the fact that the Elizabeth Pemberton Primary school, got the ball ah rolling on Wednesday 17th January with an open relay.
The males and the females all started the event in Cox Village and the run continued past the Montpelier hotel and through the Cole Hill area and back to the school.
At the end of the two races, the results were as follows:

1st Gold—30 points
2nd Green –25 points
3rd Red -20 points
Boys
1st Green-30 points
2nd Gold-25 points
3rd Red-20 points
