The Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), Timothy N. J. Antoine has commenced his country outreach in keeping with the Citizen Engagement and Stakeholders Relations Strategy as outlined in the new vision for the Bank.
Governor Antoine met with the Cabinet of St Kitts and Nevis on Monday and continued his engagement yesterday with the Leader of the Opposition, the Hon Dr Denzil Douglas, other members of the Opposition and the Bankers Association. In the coming weeks, he will meet with other stakeholders in St Kitts and Nevis, including the media.
Over the next two months the Governor will visit the other seven ECCB member countries and will engage in discussions with:
- Members of Cabinet;
- Ministers of Finance;
- Leaders of the Opposition;
- Bankers’ Associations;
- Social Partners (businesses, labour unions, civil society and churches); and
- The Media
