The Nevis Disaster Management Department; the Department of Physical Planning Natural Resources and Environment; partner agencies and stakeholders have organized an island wide clean-up campaign to commemorate “Earth Day” on Tuesday 22nd April 2014.
We do solicit the overwhelming support of All Communities, Businesses and Organizations to contribute to the process by spending at least one hour cleaning an area near you.
All garbage collected must be in bags and left on the main road for ease of access for Nevis Solid Waste Management Authority.
