Dwayne “Fireman” Freeman, from Gingerland, Nevis, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison on two charges: possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.
Both offences occurred on August 18, 2022. On October 22, 2024, Mr. Freeman was given a ten-year sentence for the possession of a firearm charge and a five-year sentence for the possession of ammunition charge.
Both sentences will run concurrently. The sentences were delivered by Her Honour Yasmine Clarke at the District “A” Magistrate’s Court.
