On Sunday, February 16th, the Nevis Cricket Association hosted the grand finals of the second division in the thrilling T-10 tournament, sponsored by the National Bank of St. Kitts-Nevis and Anguilla.
The match, held at the VOJN grounds, featured Youths of Nevis batting first against Easterns, scoring 87 runs in their allotted 10 overs.
In response, Easterns started strong, reaching 33 runs without losing a wicket in just 3 overs. However, the game took a dramatic turn. With 12 runs needed from the final over, bowled by Captain Sharma, he took 3 wickets while conceding only 3 runs, effectively securing both the victory and the championship trophy for his team.
