The regional four-day tournament hosted by the West Indies Cricket Board will resume after a brief break on Wednesday, April 2nd.

– Leewards vs. Guyana in St. Kitts
– Windwards vs. Barbados in St. Lucia
– Trinbago vs. Jamaica in Trinidad
