The under-13 India Warriors, out of the USA, completed a hugely successful tour to Nevis, on Sunday 19th March.
It was four consecutive days of intense cricket, as they engaged their Nevisian counterparts.
Nevis won the first game, a forty overs a side encounter, with ease, but then were convincingly beaten in the second forty overs match.
The teams then played two T-20 encounters, which were won by the visitors.
An impressive presentation ceremony was held at the main pavilion on Sunday, with players of both teams receiving medals and the visitors receiving the grand winner’s trophy.
Except for Amoree Jones, who won the man of the match award in one game, all of the other top prizes went to the visitors, who impressed all who saw them over the four days of cricket.
