Breaking News: Injunction to prevent electoral boundary changes remain in place

High Court Justice Darshan Ramdhani today Monday, November 25, 2013 ruled that the injunction put in place to prevent the Governor General of St. Kitts and Nevis from signing a proclamation to change the electoral boundary in St. Kitts and Nevis will remain in place.

This order would remain until there is a judicial review of the matter. The judge granted the opposition Team Unity leave for a court to hear the substantive matter pertaining to the boundary changes.
