Gingerland, Nevis (June 27, 2022) – It has been confirmed that the body of missing person Trevoy TREVY Liburd was discovered earlier today in the sands at Black Bay at Indian Castle, among seaweed. The Police have clearly demarcated the area where the body was found in the sand.
One local fisherman who was in the area when the body was discovered, described the ensuing scene, as ‘like a motorcade….there were endless people down here, along with the Police and the other authorities.’
The popular Liburd who went missing on Wednesday 22nd June was known to be an ardent fisherman.
Scores of individuals have been searching for him ever since that day.
It is understood that an autopsy will be performed shortly.
