Keith Murray of Challenger was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 20th November 2012 at College Street, and fined $750.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve one (1) month imprisonment.
Denroy Simmonds of Challengers was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 20th November 2012 at College Street, and fined $450.00 which is to be paid in fourteen (14) days or in default will serve one (1) month imprisonment.
Collis King of Newtown was convicted for the offences of Indecent Language, Insulting Language and Disorderly Conduct By Making Noise, which were committed on 23rd October 2012, and given a suspended sentence of $750.00 which is payable in fourteen (14) days for each of the offences of Indecent Language and Insulting Language.
This sentence will only take effect if Collis King commits any offence within a twelve (12) months period of this conviction.
He was cautioned for the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Making Noise.
