On The Morning Of April 4, 2023, The Police responded to a Report Of Gunshots Being Heard in the Soho Village Area.
Upon Arrival at the Scene, Huggins was Found Laying Motionless on The Ground.
He Was pronounced Dead at the Scene by The District Medical Officer.
