At the recent World Junior Championship held in Lima, Peru, representatives from St. Kitts and Nevis, T’anna Liburd and Jaylen Bennett, performed exceptionally well in their 400m rounds.
Ms Liburd placed 7th in her heat with a time of ___ seconds, while Mr Bennett placed 4th with a time of ___ seconds.
Being ranked within the top 50 junior athletes in the world in their events (31st and 45th, respectively) is a remarkable achievement.
Undoubtedly, we can expect to hear more from these two promising athletes in the years to come.
