The Elizabeth Pemberton Primary school, hosted its annual cross-country events on Friday 3rd February.
The juniors commenced at the school and took a right turn through Montpelier and ran back to the school, while the seniors started at Clay Ghaut, next to BABAB’S shop and ran through Montpelier and back to the school.

The Teachers then excited the many onlookers, with a race of their own.
They ran from PANCHO to the school. Teacher Usher took gold; Teacher Dore, the champion from last year, took silver and Teacher Saddler took bronze.
It is understood that headmistress Jessica Liburd was somewhere in the top ten placers.
