The much anticipated Elizabeth Pemberton Primary School (EPPS) relay Festival, will be held at the Nevis Athletic Stadium on Sunday 21st January.
Long-serving Coach at the renowned institution, Adelvin Phillip, noted in a recent interview that the festival which has been sponsored over the years by A1 Farms, will be taken to another level this year.
He pointed out, that apart from the participation of all of the government-operated Primary Schools on Nevis, the Charlestown Secondary School and the Gingerland Secondary School, will also have representatives at the meet.
Additionally, two Primary Schools from St. Kitts, St. Paul’s Primary and the Dr William Connor Primary have also been specially invited to participate.
There will also be representation from Basseterre High School and some of the clubs within the federation.
Some of the relays will include 4X100; 4×200; 4 X300; sprint medleys and distance medleys.
The meeting is expected to commence at 1 pm.
The main sponsor of the event is A1 Farms, alongside Surrey Paving.
The cost: Children pay $5.00; Adults $10.00 and persons with vehicle passes will pay $15.00.
