Anthony Adams Sentenced for Armed Robbery & Wounding

Anthony Adams, from West Farm, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for committing armed robbery and wounding with intent.

These offences took place on June 18, 2019, in West Farm. Initially charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, and wounding with intent, Mr. Adams was arraigned on June 29, 2024.

On December 9, 2024, he was found guilty of armed robbery and both counts of wounding with intent. He received a sentence of twelve years for armed robbery and three years for each count of wounding with intent.

The sentences will run concurrently, and the time he spent on remand will be counted as time served. Mr. Adams’ sentence was imposed on April 7, 2025, by His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, at the High Court in Basseterre.
