The St John’s Community Improvement Club (SJCIC), will hold its annual Kite Flying Competition at the Flats Cole Hill on Good Friday starting at 1 pm.
Registration of kites starts at 12 noon and the registration fee is $5.00.
Cash prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Best Flying Kite, Biggest Kite, Best Designed Kite, Most Creative Kite and Best Book leaf Kite.
The usual local food and drinks will be on sale and a popular DJ will entertain throughout the day.
