(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- The 2013 Culturama Mr. Kool winner, Kadeen Tyson of St. Kitts made the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis proud when he captured the first ever Mr. Caribbean title in Dominica over the weekend.
The competition that was held on Friday, February 21, 2014 at the Arawak House of Culture, Dominica was deemed a smashing success.
Kadeen who is a member of the Movado Modeling Agency in St. Kitts, and who devotes his time to modeling, outshone seven other competitors to capture the title and be crowned the first ever Mr. Caribbean. The 20 year old also took home the awards in Best Swimwear, Best Costume and Best Formal Wear.
Godwin Charles of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, captured the first runner-up position and copped the award for Best Performing Talent, while Ronnie Morris of Barbados, received the second runner-up position. He won the award for Best Interview.
The other competitors were Omari Gumbs of Anguilla, Yannick James of Dominica, Orvin Febuary of Guyana, Sergie Williams of St. Lucia and Kevin Basden of Bahamas.
