The Human Resource Management Department on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Public Works, Energy and Public Utilities wishes to invite persons to apply for the position of Assistant Water Engineer (Planning) at the Water Services Department on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. To coordinate all aspects of strategic planning for the water sector in St. Kitts including data collection and analysis
2. To manage projects funded by external donors including liaison, reporting, monitoring and evaluation
3. To represent the department on various government committees
Qualification
The candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or qualification in the water related discipline.
Experience
The candidate should have no less than 5 years experience in the water related field. The candidate should have at least 2 years in a senior engineering position.
