Two More Charged in Connection with Murder of Jimmy Allen

Two additional persons have been charged with the murder of twenty-nine-year-old Jimmy Allen of Upper College Street, St. Kitts. On September 2, 2024, Antonio Pascal, 25, of Cotton Ground, Nevis, and Inon Nias, 33, of Greenlands, St. Kitts, were both charged with Mr Allen’s murder at the Basseterre Police Station. This brings the total number of persons charged in connection to this investigation to three. The first person charged was Davin ‘Dagga’ Phipps, 32, of Lower Westbourne Ghaut, Basseterre, St. Kitts, who was charged with murder on August 29, 2024.

In addition to the murder charge, Mr Pascal also faces four other charges: one murder charge and two attempted murder charges from an incident on May 30, 2018, in Taylor’s Village, St. Kitts, as well as one charge for possession with intent to supply cannabis on June 26, 2024, in Nevis. Similarly, Mr Nias faces a current murder charge in addition to three previous charges: one for the murder of thirty-one-year-old Shacquille Chumney of East Street, Newtown, St. Kitts, committed on April 15, 2024; one for possession of ammunition committed on April 20, 2024; and another for possession of cannabis with intent to supply, also committed on April 20, 2024.
