Cricket fans in St.Kitts and Nevis are in for a special treat as former Nevisian, Leeward Islands and West Indies all rounder Carl Tuckett will make his debut as a regional first class umpire on home soil.
There has been a correction to the information first received and instead of making his debut this week in Barbados; Tuckett will make his debut at Warner Park on February 24th when the Leewards take on Trinidad and Tobago in a super 50 encounter.
Tuckett should be returning home shortly after attending a regional Umpires’ seminar in Barbados.
The super 50 matches bowl off on Thursday 7th February with Barbados taking on Jamaica in Barbados; the Leewards engaging Guyana in Antigua and CCC facing off with the Windwards in St.Lucia.
