Traffic Department Enhances Vehicle Registration System – Minor Delays Due to Technical Issues

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – The Traffic Department of St. Kitts and Nevis is excited to announce the launch of significant upgrades and enhancements to our vehicle registration system. These improvements have been implemented to provide more efficient and streamlined services to the public, ensuring a better overall experience for vehicle owners across the Federation.

The new system is live, but we have encountered some minor technical issues causing temporary delays in processing certain transactions. These issues have also affected the administration of driver’s tests, including written and road examinations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these delays and appreciate the public’s patience and understanding during this transition period.

Our technical teams are actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Once resolved, the enhanced system will greatly benefit all users by providing faster, more reliable service.

The Traffic Department remains committed to delivering high-quality, efficient services to the public. We thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we finalise these system upgrades. Further updates will be provided as soon as the technical issues are fully resolved.

For any immediate concerns or inquiries, please feel free to contact the Traffic Department.
